Well I can't speak for everyone else but when I am using wukong I am never AFK but I do watch my twin kill if he is effectively taking care of business. So, I think that it only blocks afk attemps but hurts no normal Wukong player. It would be enough for normal Wukong users who want to attack by themselves as well. I suggest that the maximum amount of the stack would be 500%, worth for 5 seconds, or up to 1000%, worth for 10 seconds, if it seems too severe. At the same time, the Twin effectively spends 10% per attack once. In this example, if Wukong uses the weapon with basic fire rate of 10(so 10 shots per an attack) hits the enemy three times, he gains 30%. So basically an attack worth for 1 seconds either gains/spends 100% of stack. The Twin needs 100% of stack to attack for a second - for automatic trigger, it spends 100% through a second and may fire it continuously as long as it want to do that and the stack is not depleted.
